Being Well and Good Nutrition

Jan 6, 2011

The key to living a healthy life begins with good nutrition. What we put into our bodies is of the utmost importance. The old adage about “garbage in, garbage out” applies just as well to programming computers as it does to nourishing our bodies.

If you constantly fill your body with chemicals and preservatives, things that didn’t exist when livers and kidneys were created, you will overload these organs and they will fail. Sure, it may take decades to see the major affect, but even after a short period of consuming artificial foods will affect your well being.

Poor nutritional choices will leave you groggy, lacking energy, and unable to focus as sharply as you will like. Things of poor nutrition as a type of drug. Those processed and MSG filled foods are like drugs to your body and have almost the same effect, though they are a much slower way to kill yourself than illegal drugs.
